摘要
制备了由2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮催化氢化合成受阻胺类光稳定剂中间体2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇。讨论了催化剂的种类、用量、氢压力、温度等因素对催化加氢反应的影响,确定了最佳条件,在此条件下哌啶醇的产率可达96.5%。
The 2, 2, 6, 6 - tetramethyl - 4 - piperidinol (piperidinol) was synthssized from catalytic hydrogenation of 2, 2, 6, 6 - tetramethyl - 4 - piperidone. The reaction conditions including catalysts, temperature and hydrogen presure etc were investigated and optimized. The yield of piperidinol was up to 96. 5 % under optium reaction condition.
