摘要
讨论了用Cu^2+,环烷酸和吡啶萃取分光光度法测定环烷酸含量的测定条件和干扰因素并与酸碱滴定法进行了比较,分光光度法比酸碱滴定法操作简单且选择性好。当采用1cm厚比色皿时,环烷酸浓度在1.37×10^-2mol/L内成线性关系,取样量为0.1g左右时本方法的相对误差不大于5%,变异系数不大于3%,在加标量为样品中环烷酸含量的1倍左右时本方法的回收率约为95%。
The content of naphthenic acid by Cu2+, naphthenic acid and pyridine spectrophotometric method was determined, with simple in operation and good selectivity compared with acid -- base titration method. The measuring conditions and the disturption factors were dissussed. When using 1 cm thickness cell, the linear range was below 1. 37 × 10-2 mol/L. When the quantity of the sample was about 0. 1 g, the relative error and the variable coefficient were within 5 % and 3% ; the rate of recovery was about 95% when the added scalar quantity was about 1 times of that in the sample.
