染色体易位率和辐照剂量关系的建立及应用

Application and Establishment of Chromosome Translocation Induced by Irradiation in Dose Response Curve

摘要 采用1#2、#、4#全染色体涂染探针联用的荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术,检测60Coγ射线诱发正常人染色体稳定性畸变的易位率,建立剂量-效应关系,拟合的最佳回归方程为Y=0.0132+0.0757D+0.0158D2。实际应用验证结果表明,在远期受照生物剂量估算中,该剂量-效应关系有良好的应用价值和应用前景。 Chromosome translocation from healthy human peripheral blood induced by 60Co ray in dose response curve was detected using fluorescence in situ hybridization 1#,2# and 4# probes,in order to estimate biological dose of 2 victims exposed to nuclear accident in Xinzhou.The dose response curve was Y=0.013+0.08D +0.016D2,which was used for reconstruction of previous radiation dose.The result indicated that dose estimation for long term radiation exposure could be carried out with FISH established in this study.
