Application of Satellite Communication Technology in Hubei Power Grid's Emergency System

文章从卫星通信的功能、系统组成及工作原理、车载站及中心站的主要功能等方面,介绍了卫星通信在电力应急指挥系统中的应用方案,并提出了建设以卫星线路为主,结合WIFI/WIMAX等多种终端接入技术,实现不依赖于原有基础设施的应急通信系统。

This paper introduces the applications of satellite communication in Power Grid＇s emergency command system,including the function,system components,operation,mobile site and control centre.The author proposes building a emergency communication system with terminal access technology mainly based on satellite line and WIFI/WiMax,which is independent from existing infrastructure.
