浅析矿产资源开发利用方案的规范化

Discussions on Standardization of the Mineral Resources Exploration and Utilization Scheme

对目前我国矿产资源开发利用方案形成的过程进行调查,分析了现有状况的弊端,指出矿产资源开发利用方案的形成需要依据试验基础和其它前期工作基础,矿种差异、储量差异、区域差异等是方案中应该体现的要素。

This paper studied forming process of the mineral resources exploration and utilization scheme. And its shortcomings in the current status were analyzed. It was found that the forming of the mineral resources exploration and utilization scheme should depend on experiments and other early -stage work. They were main factors in scheme including mineral difference, reserves difference and regional difference.
