摘要
采用江苏省连云港市境内云台山的野生百合-卷丹为试材,进行了不同培养基、不同外植体的组织培养的研究,结果表明,利用百合的鳞片和自行设计的B-1培养基,繁殖率最高,长势较MS培养基好,效果最好。
In the experiment,Lilium lancifolium Thunb from Yuntai mountain in Lianyungang city was used as a kind of material,different explants from which and different culture medium were compared,the results showed that it were better that the scales were grown on the B-1 medium designed by ourselves.the rate of propagation on it was the highest.
