摘要
通过对"跨世纪青年农民科技培训工程"、"351培训工程""新型农民科技培训工程"等不同培训方式的效果分析,提出了开展农民科技培训要坚持培训形式贴紧成人教育的特点、培训内容贴紧农时季节、培训技术种类贴紧农民的需求、培训活动贴紧当地经济的原则。
Through analysing the effect of ＇The Technology-training Project of Cross-century Young Farmers＇,＇351 Training Project＇,＇The New Technology Training Project of Farmers＇.It was proposed to persist in the form that the training should be closely aligns characteristics of adult.The training content should be closely aligns farming season,the type of technology-training must be closely aligned the needs of farmers.The training activities should be closely aligned the local economy.
