随着经济全球化的不断深入,市场竞争出现了明显国际化的趋势。中国制造业所面临的环境也愈发严峻,传统的"纵向一体化"管理模式无法快速响应客户的需求,它同时也严重削弱了企业的竞争力。相形之下,伴随着"横向一体化"的兴起,形成并产生了新的运营模式——供应链管理。有效的供应链管理不仅可以帮助企业提升自身的竞争力,还可以在很大程度上使企业通过合作实现共赢。

With the evolution of economic globalization,competition has become increasingly internationalized.China’s manufacturing industry,as a result,is facing an ever harsh environment.Vertical integration,a traditional management model,can no longer enable enterprises to quickly respond to consumer needs and may as a result severely undermine their competitiveness.Quite on the contrary,horizontal integration has led to the creation of a new operational model——supply chain management.Effective supply chain management can not only help enhance the competitiveness of individual enterprises,but also enable enterprises to realize a win-win situation through collaboration.
