陈云党建思想的特色之一,是他的学习型政党思想。这包括:从保持党的先进性、坚定共产主义人生观、提高党的执政能力等方面强调建设学习型政党的重要意义;从学习党的基本理论、适应完成中心任务所需要的知识、历史与时事政治、科学文化水平等方面阐明建设学习型政党需要学习的重要内容;从中央提倡与领导干部率先垂范相结合、个人自学与集体研讨相结合、理论与实际相结合、向书本学习与向实际学习、向群众学习相结合等方面阐明了建设学习型政党的重要原则与方法等等。

To build a learning-oriented party is one of the characteristics of Chen Yun’s thoughts on party construction.The chief points are as follows.It emphasizes on the importance of building a learning-oriented party,with regards to maintaining the Party＇s progressiveness,consolidating the Communist life philosophy and improving the party＇s governing abilities.It clarifies the contents of building a learning-oriented party,in terms of learning the Party’s basic thoughts,in addition to the historical and contemporary political,scientific and cultural knowledge required to complete the central task.It illustrates the guiding principles and specific measures to build a learning-oriented party,which include combining various types of learning,namely,combining initiation from the Central Government with Government officials setting an example,combining individual study with collective seminars,combining learning from theory with learning from practice,and finally,combining learning from books with learning from the mass.
