在方便面包装过程中经常出现三种调味包丢失的情况，目前主要依靠人工检测识别，因而提出了一种基于HSI颜色模型特征分类方法的识别技术。该技术已在方便面生产流水线上试运行成功。经过8个小时，6万包的现场测试，结果表明，该方法实时性好，准确率高，完全能满足生产工艺要求，提高了整个流水线的生产速度，减轻了工人劳动量。

The seasoning packet of three kinds missing often occurs in the process of instant noodle packaging. Nowadays, the detection and identification of the errors mainly rely on manual work. With this consideration, an identification technology is proposed in which feature classification method based on HSI color mode is used. The trial operation of the technology has been successfully applied on the instant noodles production line. After The 8-hour and 6-ten thousand packets testing shows that the method is of good real-time and high accuracy and can satisfactorily meet the technological requirements of the production, thus increasing the production rate of the entire production line and decreasing the amount of labor for workers.
