摘要 该文介绍了在电梯控制系统中引入三菱PLC构成分布式远程监控系统的方法。利用一台计算机作为监控工作站,用多台可编程控制器(PLC)分别控制多部电梯的运行程序;详细介绍了该系统的软硬件设计、实时动态监控及通信问题。分布式的控制系统结构,使各子系统相对独立,管理与控制功能分开,易于实现群控化管理,提高了系统的可靠性,且易于扩展。 The paper presents the method of constituting the distributed remote monitor and control system with Mitsubishi PLC introduced in elevator control system. In this design, one computer is used as monitoring working station, and several programmable logic controllers (PLCs) are used to separately control the operation procedures of the multi-elevators. The paper introduces in detail the software and hardware design, the real-time dynamic surveillance and control and the communication of the system. The distribut- ed control structure is of advantages of making all sub-systems relatively independent, separating the management and control functions, which enables an easy realization of the group control management, and thus greatly improves both the reliability and the expandability of the system.
