摘要
道路红线数据的重要来源是各种道路规划设计CAD成果,通过对道路红线信息化管理特点的综合分析,提出了采用ArcSDE空间数据库引擎,建立基于AutoCAD环境、集成GIS技术的道路红线信息系统的设计思想,论述了系统建设目标、数据逻辑结构、功能设计以及实现的关键技术,介绍了系统建设中的数据组织与更新。
The main source of the right of way data is the various CAD achievements of road planning design.By the comprehensive analysis to the informatization management characteristic of the right of way,the design concept that uses ArcSDE,bases on AutoCAD and integrates GIS technology is put forward about the right of way information system.The build aim,data logical structure,functional design and key technique are discussed.The data organization and updating are described in system building.
