摘要
润滑油白土装置产生的废白土不仅量大，而且含油量在３０％以上。针对目前废白土处理方面存在的问题，进行了废白土的无害化处理研究。通过对油回收工艺配方和实验条件的优化，采用离心分离方案，可使废白土中的油料回收率达到９６４％，利用回收油后的废白土生产出用途十分广泛的建筑密封剂。该建筑密封剂具有成本低、使用方便及无污染等优点，实现了废白土的无害化处理。
A large amount of waste clay is discharged by clay unit, the waste clay contains more than 30% oil .A new technology for recovering the oil by centrifugal separating is put forward ,under the optimum experiment conditions, the rate of the oil recovery is 96.4% by the optimun synergist dosage. A sealing agent for building is developed by the waste clay recorved from the oil,the sealing agent for building has the advantages of wide use , low cost and good performance. The way to dispose unharmfully waste clay is of remarkable economical and enviormental benefit.
