摘要
对于延长部分兼作法兰的U形管式换热器管板(即结构型式为GB151-99中的f型)厚度的计算,TEMA法与GB151-99法的计算结果有较大的差别。对两标准所提供计算方法的思路及计算结果进行了比较,并提醒设计者在运用TEMA标准进行该类型的管板设计计算时,充分注意到这个差别。
The upper tubesheet of catalyst cooler is typical construction that extension is used as bolting flange.When design calculations depend on TEMA and GB151-99 respectively the thickness of upper tubesheet has great difference. The thinking of calculation method from TEMA and GB151-99 is explained and calculation results are compared in this paper.
