弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨转子下骨折 被引量:3

摘要 儿童股骨转子下骨折比较少见,占儿童股骨骨折的4%-10%。治疗方法尚有争议,所采用的方法主要有:皮肤牵引,屈髋屈膝(90°/90°)骨牵引,髋人字石膏,外固定支架及内固定。传统的牵引、石膏及外固定支架治疗儿童股骨转子下骨折并发症较高,疗效并不令人满意。随着骨科微创技术及材料的发展.内固定由于避免了长期制动逐渐成为治疗的首选。
