高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌与乳腺纤维腺瘤鉴别诊断中的价值 被引量：11

摘要 目的评价高频彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌与乳腺纤维腺瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的54例乳腺癌和45例乳腺纤维腺瘤的二维及彩超表现和特点。结果乳腺癌和乳腺纤维腺瘤在二维图像有着一定的相似性;但二者的血流丰富程度检出率及峰值流速(PSV)和阻力指数(RI)均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高频彩色多普勒可提高乳腺癌及乳腺纤维腺瘤的诊断正确率。
