摘要
依据垫片中气体介质的泄漏模型和大量实验，建立了泄漏率与垫片残余压紧应力、介质压力、粘度及垫片宽度之间的关系。
Based on the model of gases
flowing through a porous media and the experiments, the relationship among leakage rate and
residual compressive stress of gaskets, test pressure, dynamic viscosity of test medium and
width of gaskets is developed. With the help of graphic method,the leakage rate of bolted flange
connections can be easily calculated and analyzed.
