摘要
方法将双管采油技术改造完善并用于稠油热采井,应用管式泵实现重复性不动管柱注采转换。目的提高原油产量和油汽比,减少作业工作量。结果双管吞吐工艺技术在河南油区共应用30口井,累计增油91385t,投入产出比达1∶7。结论稠油热采双管采油配套技术为河南油区浅、薄层稠油开发提供了一套新的开采工艺,应用该技术可提高稠油开发后期油井回采水率,增加采油量,满足了稠油热采井高周期吞吐的工艺需要。
Method\ Improved dual pipe producing technique is used in heavy
oil thermal producing wells and pipe pump is applied in realizing repeated injection-production
scheme with same pipe string. Purpose\ To increase oil output and OSR] while reduce
workload. Result\ Dual pipe huff & puff technique applied in 30 wells of Henan oil province
produced incremental output 9 138.5t, the ratio of cost to return is 17. Conclusion\ Heavy oil
thermal production with dual pipe technique is a novel technique in developing thin bedded and
shallow-buried heavy oil locating in Henan oil province. In addition, it will improve water
recovery and output of oil producing wells during later development stage, which satisfies the
technical need of high cycles huff & puff in heavy oil thermal recovery with remarkable
economic and social benefit. \;
