摘要
方法利用高温、高压反应釜模拟现场热采条件,结合X衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段,观察储层岩石在高温、高pH值条件下发生的变化。目的研究温度升高后,储层矿物发生的变化,为高凝油热伤害实验研究提供依据。结果曹台储层岩石在高温、高pH值条件下,储层矿物发生强烈溶解,随着温度和pH值的不断升高,产生新生矿物———方沸石和钠沸石,同时伴随有颗粒脱落及破碎,并产生大量的颗粒运移,在地层内部会产生坍塌现象。结论注汽温度、注入液的pH值和溶液介质是影响储层变化和造成储层伤害的主要因素,因此,保持高温,提高注汽干度。
Method\ Using high temperature and high pressure reaction boiler to simulate site conditions
under thermal production and incorporating Xdiffraction, electron microscope scanning, energy
spectrum analysis and etc, change of formation rocks on conditions of high temperature ad high
pH value is observed. Purpose\ To study change of minerals in formation after temperature is
increased and provide basis for experimental study of thermal damage upon high pourpoint oil.
Result\ On conditions of high temperature and high pH value, rocks of Chaotai formation solve
seriously and produce new minerals with the increase of temperature and pH value; meanwhile,
particles escaped, cracked and lots of particles transported with result of formation sloughs.
Conclusion\ Seeing temperature of steam injected, pH value of fluids injected and solution
medium are all controlling factors affecting formation change and causing formation damage,
keep temperature high, increase steam quality, control pH value of fluids injected and select
favorable medium injected are obviously critical for successful production. \;
