摘要
采用自制多功能催化剂,对处理后的裂解碳五馏份与甲醇反应制甲基叔戊基醚的过程进行了研究。适宜的条件是反应温度60℃,液空速10h-1,n(甲醇)/n(异戊烯)=10。催化剂不仅具有良好的醚化功能,而且具有加氢、双键移位的功能,使异戊烯转化率达到70%,生成的甲基叔戊基醚质量分数为35%~37%。
The process of production TAME from the treated C5 fraction and CH3OH by using self-made multifunctional catalyst was investigated.Experiments showed that the optimum operation conditions are:temperature, 60 ,LHSV 10 h-1,n(CH3OH)/n(i-pentene)=10.The catalyst not only has a better etherification function but also of hydrogenation and shift of double bond.The multifunctional catalyst gives a conversion of i-pentene and content of TAME of 70% and 35%37%,respectively.
