摘要
介绍了SKI-400-40二甲苯异构化催化剂的制备工艺及其催化性能。阐述了扬子石化公司芳烃厂在二甲苯异构化装置的关键设备,如氢气循环压缩机、反应器和加热炉等不做变动的情况下,采用SKI-400-40催化剂后,满足了年产苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯由65×105t/a扩产至85×105t/a的要求。工业试验证明新型异构化催化剂具有高活性、低氢油比和高空速等优点。
This paper introduces the technology for the preparation of SKI-400-40 catalyst for xylene isomerization as well as its catalytic performance.The catalyst,on being applied to the existing xylene isomerization unit of the aromatics plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Corp.,has been proved to be able to boost the production capacity of benzene, p BZ-xylene and o -xylene from the original 65105 t/a to 85105 t/a,without having to change the major equipment including hydrogen recycle compressor,reactor and heating furnace.The catalyst exhibits high activity,with a low hydrogen/feed ratio and a high LHSV.
