半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C评估肾小球滤过率的临床应用

摘要 【目的】探讨半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)测定结果通过Hoek’s公式推算的肾小球滤过率(GFR)值与^125I同位素标记造影法测定GFR值的相关性。【方法】选取123例临床肾病科病人,通过同位素法测定GFR值与CysC和肌酐(Cr)测定结果推算GFR值进行比对。【结果】测定病人CysC结果通过Hoek's公式计算的GFR值与同位素法测定GFR值,呈现良好的相关性(Y=0.9341X+5.3931,R^2=0.9865),同时病人CysC结果与同位素法测定GFR值也密切负相关(Y=-2E-06X3+0.0007X2—0.08X+4.0308,R^2=0.993)。【结论】通过CysC测定值用Hoek's公式计算GFR值,可以简化GFR测定程序,又可以获得准确的GFR值,帮助临床诊断。 [Objective]To compare Hoek's formula with cystatin C(CysC) and ^125I-labeled contrast radiography for estimating glomerular filtration rate(GFR). [Methods]Totally 123 patients in the department of nephrology were selected. Isotope method for estimating GFR was compared with CysC for estimating GFR. [Results] GFR value calculated by Hoek's formula with CysC concentration had good correlation with GFR value obtained by isotope method(Y--0. 9341X+ 5. 3931,Rz 0. 9865). The GFR obtained from CysC con- centration had closely inverse correlation with GFR obtained by isotope method(Y= -2E-06X3 + 0. 0007X2 - 0.08X + 4. 0308,R^2=0. 993). [Conclusion] GFR calculated by Hoek's formula with CysC concentration can simplify the procedure of GFR measurement and obtain accurate GFR value which is helpful for the clinical diagnosis.
