高职教育实行“三位一体”教学管理体制改革的思考——以安徽警官职业学院为视角

Thought of the Reform of "Three-in-one" Teaching Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges——From the Perspective of Anhui Vocational College of Police Officers

当前,在我国经济社会发展中,存在许多职业岗位招不到具备职业能力的人和职业院校毕业生就业难的现象,表明我们现行的职业教育存在与经济社会发展需求脱节的问题。这一脱节现象在职业教育中表现为忽视职业能力培养和素质教育,教学与就业需求脱节。要改变这一现象,从根本上解决这一难题,只有充分发挥高等职业院校教研室这一教学基本单位的作用,以教研室实体化建设为契机,实行教学、学生管理(以下简称学管)、就业"三位一体"的教学管理体制改革,将教学、学管、就业三项职能统一于教研室,构建教学、学管服务、服从于就业的管理体制和工作机制,才能实现职业教育服务经济社会发展的职能,推动我国高等职业教育实现新的跨越式发展。

At present, with the development of society and economics, there exist two phenomenon： one is that many professional posts could not find qualified applicants; the other is that many graduates of the higher vocational colleges could not find job, which shows that our current vocational education can not meet the developing need of society. Ln order to change it basically, it is supposed to make full use of the teachng department, and take it as an entity that embodies the roles of teaching, students management and employment. Through the reform of ＂three-in-one ＂ teaching management, we hope to establish an management system which should serve and subject to employment so as to realize the function of the higher vocational education and make the higher vocatinal education develop rapidly.
