摘要
介绍了串行通信在变频驱动监控系统中的应用,它通过串行口将数字信号处理器(DSP)采集到的电压、电流及转速量传送到上位机,并将控制指令通过串行口发送到DSP。提出了几种串行通信的实现方式,并根据试验要求选择一种合适的方法。上位机采用LabVIEW编程,通过采用LabVIEW开发平台,PC机能很好地实现数据接收、数据存储和绘图,并通过前面板波形图分析变频调速系统的运行状态及性能。试验结果表明采用的通信方式能达到要求。
Serial communication for variable frequency speed regulation monitor system was introduced,which sent the voltage,current and speed collected by the DSP to the PC and sent the control instructions to the DSP through the serial port. At the same time,several kind of communicating method and choose an appropriate method according to this system were put forward. The PC uses LabVIEW programming ,with LabVIEW as developing platform,the PC can easily implement the functions of drawing the curves,data receiving,storage and analysis the operation status of variable frequency speed regulation system through waveforms at the front panel. Experimental results showed that the method of communication can meet the requirements.
