摘要
通过对泵系统常见调节方式的系统运行效率和节能潜力分析,指出系统的优化方案应建立在对系统进行全面测试和分析的基础上。两个节能改造案例表明:泵系统节能潜力巨大,应用适当扬程和流量的泵更换原处于低效区运行的泵,在此基础上再应用变频技术将会取得可观的节能效果和较短的投资回收期。
According to the analysis of operation efficiency and energy saving potential of different regulation methods in pumping system,it was pointed out that system optimization should be based on overall system measurements and analysis. Two successful energy saving case studies demonstrate that a big energy saving potential exists in pumping system. Replacing original water pumps with new pumps of proper head and flow,then applying VFD techniques on new pumps will lead to considerable energy saving and very short pay back.
