Selten chain store paradox has indicated a rationality dilemma which human beings face in a game：the decision is rational while it is practically irrational. This paper reconsidered it from the logic point of view. In terms of the paradox definiton, selten chainstore paradox can be defined as a strict logic paradox. Many scholars have probed into the mechanisms of the paradox. To settle the paradox is of much significance for the development of the game theory and logic study, etc.
