摘要
分析了抽油机的工作原理和能耗特性,提出了基于泵功图有效冲程的闭环节能控制的数学模型及具体实现的方法。该系统能够根据抽油泵的实际工作状态对抽油机实施智能控制,从而达到节能的目的。现场测试数据显示,该系统能在不影响产液量的情况下,达到很好的节能效果。
The working principle and energy consumption characteristics of pumping unit were analyzed. The mathematical model based on the effective pump stroke and the implementation method was proposed. The system controlled intelligently the pumping unit according to the actual work state,and achieved the energy saving purpose. The testing data of the field showed that the system achieved a good energy saving effect without reduce the liquid-producing capacity.
