抗磨液压油含锌与无灰配方抗磨剂的选择及磨损特点 被引量:1

摘要 通过四球机试验评价了抗磨液压油使用的不同种类的抗磨极压添加剂,这些添加剂含有硫磷或硫磷氮等活性元素,能在金属表面形成极压、抗磨损膜,达到抗磨及极压两种效果。采用高压泵联合台架评定了含锌与无灰抗磨液压油两种类型配方。两种配方均顺利通过台架评定,表现出良好的抗磨损性能。它们的不同之处是含锌配方更适宜叶片泵。 The properties of antiwear extreme pressure additives using in the anti wear hydraulic oils were evaluated by four ball test machine. The test results indicated that the additives containing active elements, such as S,P or S,P,N, formed a film on the surface of the metal and prevented both wearing and extreme pressuring. Both zinc containing and ashless type formulations of the anti wear hydraulic oils were passed the high pressure pump rug test and presented good antiwear performance. The difference between the two types was that the former was favorable to the vane pump and the latter was suitable to the piston pump.
