摘要
以炼油厂催化裂化汽油轻馏分为原料,在固定床微型反应器中对几种分子筛催化剂的醚化活性进行了考察。结果表明,Hβ沸石的醚化活性较好,其NH4Cl交换制备的催化剂活性可超过树脂催化剂,生成油醚含量可达12.5%。该沸石还具有选择性好,对油醇比敏感度低等优点,且易于再生使用,有着良好的应用前景。今后需对它进行改性研究,提高酸性。
Etherification activities of various molecular sieve catalysts were investigated with FCC light ends as feedstock carrying on a fixed bed micro reactor. The results showed that zeolite beta exhibited higher activity than the others, especially after the zeolite exchanging with ammonia chloride, its activity was even higher than the resin catalyst, and the ether content in the product reached 12.5wt%. This zeolite catalyst also showed good selectivity and low sensitivity to the oil/methanol ratio, which also can be easily regenerated after deactivition. Further study on its modification for improving acidity and performance was suggested.
