摘要
介绍建立一套小型连续流动等温床反应评价装置及对选择性加氢催化剂性能进行筛选的评价方法。通过对影响催化剂性能的诸因素,如催化剂颗粒尺寸、催化剂的还原条件、抑制催化剂初活性的钝化方法等方面的考察,得到令人满意的结果。试验表明,数据重复性和再现性好,装置及评价方法稳定可靠。该装置流程简单、操作方便。
The factors that influenced the performance of the catalyst, such as particle size, reducing condition and the method for initial activity deactivation, were inspected and satisfactory results were obtained. The evaluation equipment and method were proven to be simple, convenient in operation, and good in repeatability and reproducibility as well as steady and reliable. It was suitable for catalyst evaluations of hydrogenation processes.
