摘要
对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)与高价金属离子(Cr(Ⅲ)或Zr(Ⅳ))的交联机理进行了实验研究。结果表明,PAM水解度对成冻有着重要的影响:非水解PAM不能与Cr(Ⅲ)或Zr(Ⅳ)形成冻胶;水解度太大的PAM则容易产生沉淀;PAM与Cr(Ⅲ)(即Cr(NO3)3)或Zr(Ⅳ)(即ZrOCl2)的交联特征几乎一样,只是它们成冻时对PAM水解度大小的要求不同而已;
The crosslinking mechanism of polyacrylamide (PAM) with multivalent ions (Cr() and Zr()) is studied.The study results demonstrate that the hydrolysis level of PAM is a key factor affecting gelation.No gel is formed at a too high or too low hydrolysis level of PAM.The crosslinking characteristics of PAM with Zr() is almost the same as that of PAM with Cr().Therefore,the crosslinking of PAM with multivalent ions is accomplished only through its carboxyl groups.
