摘要 固相颗粒封堵孔隙喉道是导致油气层损害的一个重要原因。为了进一步探讨固相颗粒封堵孔隙喉道的机理,在室内对不同分散体系封堵孔隙喉道的效果进行了评价。通过试验分析和理论推导,建立了屏蔽带压差方程,掌握了影响屏蔽带压差大小的主要因素,即屏蔽带压差不但与固相颗粒侵入相对深度、固相颗粒的极限剪切应力呈正比。 Plugging of solid particles is an important cause for formation damage In order to research plugging mechanism due to solid particles in a formation, a fluid bridging instrument is used to evaluate the plugging of different solid dispersed systemsThrough experimental and theoretical analyses, an equation for pressure difference across shielded screening zones is derived, and main factors affecting the pressure difference are found The study is a fundamental research in lab which is useful for studying the bridging law of drilling fluids and also for taking measures to protect a reservoir
