我国国际工程承包工作策略研究

分析了我国国际工程承包工作的现状，针对存在的问题，提出了第一要在国际工程投标中统一协调一致对外，并制订统一的国别和行业参与国际工程承包竞争的规划。第二要采取合理的规避经济风险方式，并建议：①及时掌握业主国的经济动向；②预防风险减轻损失；③加快市场多元化与对外承包公司的经营多样化；

The present situation of international engineering contract in our country is analyzed and some suggestions concerning our existing problems are put forward as follows:(1)to deal with foreign countries coordinately and unitedly in the tender of international engineering contract and make integrating plans for various countries and industries to participate in international engineering contract;(2)to take reasonable measures to avoid economic risks
