摘要
用LBT(季铵盐阳离子共聚物)作为净水剂或絮凝剂在辽河油田做了处理含高稠油污水的试验。试验结果表明,当加入 30~50mg/L、重量百分比为 10%的该共聚物自来水溶液于上述被处理体系中,在65℃条件下经4~8h,通常可获得较好的净化效果,水内含油量为10mg/L左右。在正常情况下,多加净化水有害无益。应根据净化水质量的不同,找出合适的投药量。现在所用产品 AT的投药量在50~60mg/L之间比较合适,而 LBT_3或 LBT_4.的投药量则控制在40~50mg/L时比较合适。用LBT作为含高稠油污水的处理剂,具有用药量少和净化效果好等优点。
Test result shows that at normal condition it is no beneficial but harm adding more water purification agent. Based on the various quality of water purification agents choosing the AT product adding amount 50 ~ 60mg/L is suitable, to l.BT3 or LBT_4. 40 ~ 50mg/L, is suitable. Using LBT as treating agent to sewage containting high viscous oil has the a(lvantages of low in chemical using amount and good in its treating result.
