用LBT处理油田高稠油污水

Treating Sewage Containing High Viscous Oil By Using LBT

用ＬＢＴ（季铵盐阳离子共聚物）作为净水剂或絮凝剂在辽河油田做了处理含高稠油污水的试验。试验结果表明，当加入 ３０～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ、重量百分比为 １０％的该共聚物自来水溶液于上述被处理体系中，在６５℃条件下经４～８ｈ，通常可获得较好的净化效果，水内含油量为１０ｍｇ／Ｌ左右。在正常情况下，多加净化水有害无益。应根据净化水质量的不同，找出合适的投药量。现在所用产品 ＡＴ的投药量在５０～６０ｍｇ／Ｌ之间比较合适，而 ＬＢＴ_３或 ＬＢＴ_４．的投药量则控制在４０～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ时比较合适。用ＬＢＴ作为含高稠油污水的处理剂，具有用药量少和净化效果好等优点。

Test result shows that at normal condition it is no beneficial but harm adding more water purification agent. Based on the various quality of water purification agents choosing the AT product adding amount 50 ~ 60mg/L is suitable, to l.BT3 or LBT_4. 40 ~ 50mg/L, is suitable. Using LBT as treating agent to sewage containting high viscous oil has the a(lvantages of low in chemical using amount and good in its treating result.
