摘要
本文从生产运作模式的现状分析入手,提出了生产管理者要有创新的理念、手段和方法,以期加快生产管理信息化的建设,真正实现企业"三高一低"的经营理念。
By analysis to the present status of production operation mode, it is proposed that the production administrators should have the idea, means and method for innovation, so as to speed up the construction of production management informatization, realize the marketing idea of ＂three-high, one-low＂.
