摘要
通过考虑高粘度非牛顿流体石油焦渣油浆的变物性和粘性耗散的影响,建立了它在管内流动和传热过程的数学模型;采用SIMPLER算法进行了数值求解并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较;
By considering variation of physical properties and viscosity dissipation on heat transfer for high viscosity POS(petroleum coke residual oil slurry),a mathematical model to describe flow and heat transfer of POS in heated pipe has been established.The model has been solved numerically by SIMPLER method and comparison between measured and calculated results is made.The effects of velocity and diameter on average POS temperature are investigated numerically.
