回顾了地勘单位利用钻掘技术优势在工程市场上取得的瞩目成绩，指出了当前在技术发展上存在的“三重三轻”的问题，分析了岩土钻掘工程市场的发展前景，从技术发展战略的高度规划了适应市场需要的岩土钻掘工程技术的体系。
Achievements in the construction market made by geoexploration units using drilling and excavation technique superiority are reviewed, and the existing problems of technical development are pointed out with the analysis on the prospects of rock and soil drilling and excavation market. Technical system of rock and soil drilling excavation engineering is programmed strategically and practical methods are proposed.
