摘要
目的：探讨临床护理工作中常见的护理风险及防范措施。方法：针对我科发生的护理风险事件，制定相应的防范措施。结果：执行护理风险防范措施后，护理风险事件发生率较执行防范措施前明显下降低。结论：防范护理风险的措施可以有效的减少护理风险事件的发生。
Objective： To investigate the clinical nursing care in the common risks and preventive measures. Methods： In our department nursing risk events occur, to develop appropriate preventive measures. Results： The implementation of risk prevention measures, care, care risk event rate significantly higher than before the implementation of preventive measures to lower. Conclusion： nursing risk prevention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk.
