五种海藻对虹鲍的诱食作用

Five species of algal feeding stimulation for Haliotis iris

采用自由择食和非自由择食实验的方法，研究５种海藻Ｌｅｓｓｏｎｉａｖａｒｉｅｇａｔａ、Ｄａｒｖｉｌｌａｅａ ａｕｌａｒｃｔｉｎａ、Ｐｏｒｐｈｙ、 ｃｏｌｕｍｂｉｎａ、Ｍａｃｒｏｃｙｓｔｉｓ ｐｙｒｉｆｅｒａ、Ｅｃｋｌｏｎｉａｒａｄｉａｔａ对实验虹鲍 Ｈａｌｉｏｔｉｓ ｉｒｉｓ的诱食作用。结果表明，５种海洋藻类的诱食作用是显著性差异（ｐ＜０．０１）。其中以红藻（紫菜）Ｐｏｒｐｈｙｒａ ｃｏｌｕｍｂｉｎａ的诱食作用最大，其它次之。诱食作用基本不受人工配合饲料中蛋白源种类的影响。

With the methods of Choice and no-choice feeding experiment,the algal feeding stimula tion of five species of algal powders,which are Lessonia variegata,Darvillaea aularctina,Por phyra columbina,Macrocystis pyrifera,Ecklinia radiata,was studied for Haliotis iris. The re sults showed that the feeding stimulation of five species of algal powders presented signifi cant variation(P<0. 01). Among them,red alga Porphyra columbina has an optimal feeding stimulation,and its function was not affected by protein sources of the diet.
