摘要
采用混凝沉淀-水解酸化-好氧生物接触氧化-生物炭柱(PACT)联合工艺处理难降解化工废水。试验结果表明,在混凝剂投加量为100 mg/L的条件下,混凝沉淀对CODCr的去除率可达到20%;在水解作用下,出水m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)由进水的0.16达到0.44;再经后续好氧生化处理后,主要出水指标能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。脱氢酶活性研究表明,各级生化处理以生物接触氧化生物膜活性最高,为23mg[TF]/(g[MLSS].h),说明生物接触氧化工艺在整个处理工艺中起到主要作用。
The combined process of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolysis acidification-aerobic bio-contact oxidation-PACT was used to treat hard-degradable wastewater from chemical industry.The result of the test showed that,when the coagulant dosage was 100 mg/L,the removal rate of CODCr could reach 20%.The m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) value increased from 0.16 to 0.44 through the hydrolysis,and after the subsequent aerobic biochemical treatment,the main indexes of the effluent could meet the specification for grade 1 in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).Dehydrogenase activity(DHA) was measured to investigate the activity of the equipment of the system,the results showed that,the bio-contact oxidation played a main role in treating the wastewater,for its DHA reached the highest,which was 23 mg[TF]/(g[MLSS].h).
