摘要
通过废水静态吸附试验,筛选出2-萘酚母液废水处理的吸附树脂,确定了2-萘酚母液废水处理的pH值,考察了废水浓度及温度对树脂平衡吸附量的影响;通过废水动态吸附试验,考察了2-萘酚母液废水流速对一级和二级吸附树脂吸附效果的影响;通过动态脱附试验,考察了脱附剂浓度、脱附剂用量和脱附温度对树脂脱附效果的影响;确定了树脂吸附法处理2-萘酚母液废水的最佳工艺参数和处理后废水的CODCr值。
By means of static adsorption test,the best resin and the pH value for 2-naphthol mother liquor treatment were determined,and the effects of wastewater concentration and temperature on equilibrium adsorption capacity of the resin were also investigated.Through the dynamic adsorption test,the effects of 2-naphthol mother liquor flow rate on primary and secondary resin adsorption were investigated;through the dynamic desorption test,the effects of mass concentration and dosage of desorbent and temperature on resin desorption were investigated.According to the results of the above tests,the optimal process parameters for resin adsorption process treating 2-naphthol mother liquor and the mass concentration of CODCr after the treatment were determined.
