摘要
目的:探讨沙眼衣原体(CT)感染生殖道对妊娠的影响和CT感染的致病机制以及细胞因子TGF-β1及其受体TGF-β-R1与妊娠之间的关系。方法:建立CT感染大鼠模型,取大鼠妊娠子宫组织进行逆转录PCR,并利用免疫组织化学方法检测转化生长因子β1及其受体蛋白的分布情况和表达变化。结果:TGF-β1及其受体主要表达在腺体及蜕膜细胞中;感染组中TGF-β1及其受体的表达量明显高于对照组。结论:TGF-β1及其受体在CT感染的孕鼠蜕膜组织中的过表达与病理妊娠具有直接相关性。
Objective:To explore the effect of reproductive tract infection of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) on pregnancy,the mechanism of CT infection and the relationship between transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1),transforming growth factor receptor 1 (TGF-β-R1) and pregnancy.Methods:The rat models of CT infection were established,then the cervical samples of pregnant rats were taken for RT-PCR,and the distribution situations and expression changes of TGF-β1 and TGF-β-R1 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:TGF-β1 and its receptor mainly expressed in glandular cells and decidual cells;the expression levels of TGF-β1 and its receptor in infection group were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion:The over-expressions of TGF-β1 and its receptor in decidual tissues of CT infected pregnant rats are related to pathological pregnancy.
