转炉—连铸工艺生产高级轿车用钢50MnVS的试验研究

TRIAL PRODUCTION OF STEEL 50MnVS SPECIAL FOR HIGH-CLASS CAR WITH CONVERTOR PLUS CONTINUOUS-CASTING

石钢采用BOF-LF-VD-CC工艺批量试制易切削非调质钢50MnVS,结果表明:转炉—连铸工艺与国内某特钢厂电炉—模铸工艺生产的同类钢材在化学成分、非金属夹杂物、力学性能、纯净度等实物质量相当,已成功批量应用于一汽奥迪、红旗轿车轮毂上,该工艺取代电炉—模铸工艺,达到了降低成本的目的。

The easy-cutting non-quenched-and-tempered steel 50MnVS is trial-produced in batches with BOF-LF-VD-CC technology. It is showed the steel has the quality correspond to that produced with electric furnace plus mold casting by one home special steelworks, in chemical components, nonmetallic inclusion, mechanic property and purity. It is successfully used for some grand cars. It is of low cost.
