摘要
根据邯钢2 250 mm热轧加热炉的数学模型调试阶段的经验,总结了板坯传热模型参数确定的过程和方法。采用埋偶实验的方法收集了模型参数确定必需的实际温度数据。对炉内温度模式、热吸收系数、水印温度的计算和控制进行了分析和计算。
Based on experience of mathematic model regulation of heating furnace of 2 250 mm hot-rolling line of Han Steel, it is concluded how to determine heat-transfer model parameters of slab. The actual temperatures for determination are collected with submerged thermocouple. It is analyzed and calculated the temperature model in furnace, heat absorb rate, calculation and control of watermark temperature.
