徐州市天成开发国际贸易中心二期工程高度197.7m,框架-核心筒结构,属于超限高层建筑,结构高度超过B级高度高层建筑百分比为9.8%。结构设计时从抗震概念设计出发,针对超限情况和结构体系,提出性能设计目标,采用多种计算方法进行分析,并采取有针对性的抗震加强措施。
Xuzhou Tiancheng International Trade Center Phase II Project is a framework - core tube structure, It's height is 197.7m, which is 9.8% higher than B-height of high-rise building, and belonging to overrun high'rise buildings. Its focuses on seismic concept design of buildings, performance design goals aim for over- run situation and the structural system, calculation methods to analysis, seismic strengthening measures, and so on.
