Manufacturing Procedure of Flying Swallow Type CFST Tied Arch

飞燕式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥造型复杂,加工制作难度大。根据拱桥的结构特点,制定相应的制作工艺和工装设计,运用计算机三维结构放样,通过数控切割下料,管节卷圆,拱肋管节接长,拱肋节段组装,拱肋大节段预拼等工序完成钢管拱制造。

Flying Swallow Type CFST Tied Arch Bridge is difficult in machining and fabrication, due to the complicated shape. Make fabrication process and jig design according to the structural features, and develop the lofting by means of three-dimensional method. The steel tube arch will be fabricated through procedures including NC cutting, bending of pipe joint, extension of arch-rib pipe joint, assembly of arch-rib sections, and preassembly of large arch-rib sections.
