摘要
文章主要介绍了燃气蒸箱热效率的测试与计算方法,并就不同的热效率测试与计算方法进行相关分析与探讨,结合分析探讨内容以及燃气蒸箱的实际使用情况对热效率的测试与计算方法提出相关建议。
In this paper, the industry standard C J/T187-2003 ＂Gas steaming oven＂; Zhejiang local standard DB33/T777-2010＂Energy efficiency grades for commercial gas stoves＂ and Shanghai local standard ＂Commercial gas kitchen energy efficiency and environmental quality evaluation standard＂ （draft） in the gas steam tank heat efficiency of the test and calculation methods and different thermal efficiency of the test and calculation methods related to analysis and discussion, combined with analysis of content and gas steaming oven actual situation on the thermal efficiency of the test and calculation of relevant recommendations.
