Lukacs' Meditation on Classical German Philosophy and His "Return" to Marxism

卢卡奇试图从正统马克思主义的立场出发,用历史辩证法的原则来克服古典哲学的困难,但他最终还是偏离了马克思并陷入了唯心主义的窠臼。然而,我们并不能由此而简单地否定卢卡奇对德国古典哲学所作的深刻思考,因为他为我们树立了一个能够"走进德国古典哲学"并"回到马克思"的重要路标。

Lukacs attempted to resolve the problems of classical philosophy from the perspective of orthodox Marxism with the help of the principle of historical dialectics. However, he ended up deviating from Marxism and was trapped in the convention of idealism. This doesn＇t mean we should simply reject Lukacs＇s meditation on classical German philosophy, because his meditation offers us an important signpost which guides us to the realm of classical German philosophy and back to Marxism.
