摘要
针对高职教育专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出了全过程、全员工、柔性的"TTF"人才培养模式构建模型,该模型提出了人才培养模式的构建应从培养目标、培养环境、培养内容与途径、培养条件、培养制度保障等方面着手,人才培养模式是以上几方面的有机整合。
This paper, dealing with problems in the talent-cultivation mode for higher vocational education, comes up with a mode of＂Total process, Total Staff, Flexibility（TTF）＂. The TTF mode states that Talent-Cultivation Mode of High Vocational Education is a an organic integration, which takes steps to do such cultivation matters such as the educational goals, environment, contents and conditions, rules and regulations, and so on.
