远程开放教育教学资源建设研究

On Construction of Teaching Resources in Distance and Open Education

当前我国远程开放教育教学资源建设存在着执行标准及规范不力、适用性资源缺乏、重复建设严重等问题。以重构远程开放教育教学资源建设模式,把握模式搭建为重点,构筑多层次、有倾向的教学资源库是可以探索的路径。强化资源一体化设计的"双核"思想和经济性原则,推进标准化及共享机制建设等措施,实现资源建设的优化与共享。

Aiming at some of the problems existed in construction of teaching resources in open distance education in our country,such as weak standard,lack of applied resources,repeated construction,this paper starts form the analysis of construction mode for instructional resources,analyses the content of mode structure,construction focus,and suggests constructing of multilevel resources base,strengthening thoughts of ＂double core＂ and the principle of economy,promoting standarization and sharing mechanism.
